Eli Penberthy’s work in organizational development has been inspired by her rich background in sociology and grounded in an understanding of the importance of systems thinking and culture to an organization’s success. Her facilitation of focus groups, analysis of participant feedback, and clear communication of results helps clients successfully move projects from start to finish. Eli’s writing, editing and public affairs work over the past decade has been featured in diverse publications and media. She graduated summa cum laude from Pomona College, where she was a four-year recipient of the Pomona College Scholar Award, the Robert Herman Prize in Sociology, and a Steele Scholar.
