President and Founder

Jeff Turner, J.D., has extensive experience in all aspects of human capital management and has worked with firms in the U.S. and Canada in the areas of recruiting and retention, employee relations, corporate training, risk management, and organizational and management effectiveness. He has also published several articles on HR-related topics.

Experience:

  • VP of Human Resources for a multi-state healthcare company. During his tenure there, he helped position the company as a recipient of Seattle Magazine's "Best Places to Work" and Washington CEO's "Best Places to Work For" distinctions
  • Associate Dean of Business and an Assistant Professor of Management where he taught management, strategic human resources, and entrepreneurial management
  • Positions at Fortune 500 companies including Motorola and the Chubb Group of Insurance Companies

Co-founder and Director of Client Relations

Steve Gibbs brings more than 12 years of project management and public affairs expertise from both the public and private sector to Praxis HR. He has diverse skills in operations, marketing, policy development and campaign management. He has worked with Fortune 100 companies, with expertise building networks of support for new initiatives and products, event and media planning, and communications training for leaders. Clients include AT&T, Fleishman & Hilliard, Inc., Procter & Gamble, Microsoft, Anheuser-Busch Companies

  • Country Director for a global institute in Sarajevo, Bosnia-Herzegovina
  • Northwest Field Coordinator, Ramhurst, Inc. Steve represented the public issues department of R.J. Reynolds Tobacco and several trade associations, and focused on grassroots organizations, events and meetings, and media relations

  • Iowa Executive Director, Dole for President. Recruited, trained, and supervised 45 paid staff and hundreds of volunteers, and directed campaign activities in 2,100 precincts with a $1 million budget

Senior Vice President

Michael Indivero is a pragmatic and innovative human resources executive with a track record of success creating bottom-line solutions to complex human resources issues. He is an experienced change agent whose expertise includes: employee selection and development, strategic planning, organizational design and development, and proactive employee and labor relations. He is a trusted advisor who will collaborate with you and is driven to ensure you succeed. Based on his professional experience, Mr. Indivero is a consultant who knows what is needed to successfully address complex human resources issues.

Prior to joining Praxis HR, a human capital and organizational effectiveness consulting firm, Mr. Indivero developed his career with Fortune 500 companies including Stauffer Chemical Company, Chesebrough-Ponds, General Signal, Halliburton and National Energy Production Company (NEPCO). Mr. Indivero has international experience with project assignments in Europe, Asia, Australia, Canada and Latin America. He has worked for the SK Group of Korea, Skanska AB of Sweden and SNC-Lavalin of Canada.

As the vice president of human resources and member of the executive team for a global construction company in the power industry, Mr. Indivero provided the HR leadership and created the strategic vision which helped the company, within three years, expand total employment from 1,000 to 6,000 employees and increase annual revenue from $400M to $2B. To support this explosive growth, Mr. Indivero selected, coached and mentored a best practice global HR team, designed client-centered HR programs, including talent acquisition and retention strategies, and also designed values based cultural and organizational development training programs.

Mr. Indivero received his BS in Liberal Studies at the University of the State of New York in Albany and his post graduate work in Industrial & Labor Relations at the University of New Haven.
